Service 01
Refurbishment & Maintenance
Our staff has many years of experience in the industry and refurbishes almost all common mechanical seals, reactor seals and rotary unions, regardless of brand, type or seal face compound. We restore your mechanical seals and rotary unions like new.
If a mechanical seal cannot be refurbished, we will provide you with an offer for a replacement.
Our approach

Initial inventory
When a seal needs to be replaced, either acutely or preventively, you can send it to our workshop. We are also happy to visit you to look at the situation and pick up the products to be replaced. If requested, we can take the entire pump with us for refurbishment.

Inspection and analysis
We examine whether it is worthwhile to refurbish the mechanical seal or rotary union. Every unit is (ultrasonically) cleaned and inspected for, among other things:
- Damaged bearings
- Damage and deterioration of the O-ring / packing surfaces
- Length and elasticity of the springs
- Roundness and dimensions of the shaft sleeve and clamping rings
- Fixtures and threads
- Passage of the spacer / flush / quench connections
- Overall condition of the pins
- Seal carriers and spacers

Quote
The findings are reported and you receive a quote (including pump and/or article number) for the refurbishment. We keep the data of every seal we deliver or refurbish in a database, so we can promptly supply a new seal even while the old one is still fitted.

Order confirmation
Once the quote is approved, we collect the necessary materials from our warehouse. We keep pre-processed parts in stock as well as the most common materials.

Operations
Our fully equipped workshop in Faridabad carries out all operations in-house: turning on our lathe, milling on our three-axis EMCO milling machine, and lapping of the seal faces on lapping machines with different lapping plates, so the finish matches your specification.

Shipment
The assembled product is packed in sturdy packaging and labelled to your wishes, for example with the pump type or number, or the product's serial number. Delivery and assembly on location are available.

Consulting & Engineering
Once all the seals in a plant have been recorded and analyzed, we draw up standardization concepts based on the actual situation. We aim to optimize the number of seal types, sizes and materials used, and to improve the key figures for the plant.
We advise on rules and legal regulations, and illustrate the measures that need to be taken.

On-site service
Our on-site service includes inspection, retrofitting and mobile service. We can set up a service unit on your premises; our vehicles carry the necessary range of seals and are supported by qualified staff. On site we make sure everything from gaskets and mechanical seals to expansion joints is available, exactly as needed. We also provide complete documentation and advise on how to choose and install seals.

Yes. We refurbish almost all common mechanical seals, reactor seals and rotary unions regardless of brand, type or seal face compound, and restore them like new. If a seal cannot be refurbished, we offer a replacement instead.
Send the seal to our Faridabad workshop or we collect it from you (the whole pump if needed). We clean and inspect it, send you a quote, then carry out turning, milling and lapping of the seal faces in-house, and return it packed and labelled with your pump or article number.
